25 Passenger Party Bus Rental
A 25-passenger party bus is one of the most requested sizes for Durham groups heading downtown for a show at DPAC, a Bulls game at Durham Bulls Athletic Park, or a bar crawl through Ninth Street and Brightleaf Square that doesn't need to wrap up early. It's built to carry 25 people comfortably — roomy enough for a full bridal party, a milestone birthday crew, or a group of coworkers, without paying for seats a smaller group would leave empty. Instead of splitting into three or four cars and losing half the group to street parking near Blackwell Street, one bus keeps everyone together from pickup to last call.

More About The 25 Passenger Party Bus
A 25-passenger party bus sits right in the middle of the size range — bigger than the 20-passenger party bus, but easier to get through downtown Durham's narrow one-way blocks than a 30-passenger party bus. It's a common fit for a bachelorette night that starts on Ninth Street and ends near Motorco Music Hall, a Duke game-day group heading toward Cameron Indoor Stadium, or a summer trip out to Festival for the Eno at West Point on the Eno. Because the whole group rides in one vehicle, nobody has to coordinate a caravan through the NC-147 interchange downtown or split off looking for parking near the venue.
Whether the trip runs a few hours or a full day, this size gives a mid-sized Durham group room to spread out without paying for capacity nobody uses.

Common Amenities Available on 25 Passenger Party Bus Rentals
Amenities vary by the specific bus and provider, but a 25-passenger party bus typically comes with a full-length bar area, color-changing LED lighting, and a built-in sound system with Bluetooth so the group can run its own playlist on the way downtown. Wraparound perimeter seating keeps everyone facing each other instead of facing forward, which matters for a bachelorette party or a birthday celebration that wants to talk and take photos the whole ride. Many buses in this size class also include flat-panel TVs and tinted privacy windows.

How much does a 25 Passenger Party Bus cost in Durham?
To give you an idea, a 25-passenger party bus in Durham generally runs $248–$326+ per hour on weekdays and $265–$360+ per hour on weekends, or $1,827–$2,854+ for a full day. Weekend nights around a DPAC curtain time or a Bulls home game tend to sit toward the top of that range, since more groups are chasing the same buses on the same evening. How many hours you book, the season, and how far the itinerary runs beyond downtown — a short Ninth Street bar crawl versus a full day that includes an early pickup for RDU Airport — all move the number too.
Group size within the 25-passenger capacity doesn't change the rate; the date and the itinerary do. Call 984-367-1880 or check the Durham party bus prices page to compare real quotes.
